Terms of Service

1. The service

2BMatch ("the Service"), available at 2bmatch.com, helps businesses, finance teams, and tax practitioners reconcile their purchase records against GSTR-2B data from the Goods and Services Tax portal, and notify their suppliers about discrepancies. The Service runs on credits: every account receives free credits on sign-up, and you may purchase additional credits to continue using it. The credit cost of each action is shown in the app.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. For security, sessions expire automatically 24 hours after sign-in. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Your data and your responsibilities

You retain all rights to the data you bring to the Service: purchase registers, GSTR-2B extracts, vendor contact details, and reconciliation results. You confirm that:

• you are authorised to access the GSTINs and GST portal accounts you connect;
• you have a lawful basis to message the vendor phone numbers you add; and
• you will not use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications.

4. Not professional advice

The Service produces reconciliation reports and suggested GSTR-3B values as computational aids. They are not tax, legal, or accounting advice. You (or your tax professional) remain responsible for the accuracy of any return filed with the tax authorities.

5. Third-party services

GST data is fetched through authorised GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) infrastructure; WhatsApp notifications are delivered through licensed messaging providers; payments are processed by Razorpay. Availability of those networks is outside our control, and the Service depends on them for the corresponding features.

6. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you is ₹0 (zero rupees).

7. Credits and payments

The Service runs on credits (1 credit = ₹1). Each account receives free credits on sign-up, and you may buy more at any time by UPI through our payment provider, Razorpay. Credits are prepaid and are consumed as you use paid actions, such as running a reconciliation or sending a vendor message. Credits are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active. We reserve the right to change the credit allocation for any activity at any time, with or without informing customers; we recommend you review your transactions page for a record of your credit consumption. Such changes are not retroactive to credits you have already purchased.
